Apple, peach and strawberry porridge

Strawberry is one of the fruits that is later included in the diet of babies, from at least twelve months, to avoid allergies, but it is also one of their favorites.

If the pediatrician authorizes its consumption, prepare an apple, peach and strawberry porridge for your child.


  • 1 apple
  • 1 peach
  • 3 strawberries
  • Tips: you can add a cookie as long as it is gluten-free and indicated by the pediatrician

You will love it for its sweet taste, but it also provides you with many vitamins. Strawberry is a fruit that children love, and it should be taken together with other fruits and vegetables, to have a complete and balanced diet.

1. Wash and peel the apple and peach, remove the stone and chop them. Wash and remove the tail from the strawberries, cut them in half.

2. Put the apple, the peach and the strawberries in a saucepan, add a little water and let it cook for a few minutes so that the fruit softens.

3. Blend the fruit with the help of a blender. To remove lumps and seeds from the strawberry, pass the porridge through a strainer.

4. Squeeze the orange and add the juice to give it the flavor you want, more or less sweet. If the porridge is too liquid, you can crush the segments and add the pulp, removing the seeds well, or add a gluten-free cookie.
